Rates
Regular Room Rates - plus applicable taxes
April to September $115-$140 per night, based on double occupancy
October to March $80-$120 per night, based on double occupancy
Extra person $20 per night
Pets(selected rooms only) $15 per night, portion donated to local SPCA
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking will be required on all reservations, due at the time of the reservation
- Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. (If arrival is anticipated after 10pm, Please call us @ 866.786.3047)
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is within 14 days of reservation
Pet Policy: In order to facilitate the comfort of all our guests, we ask you to abide by the following rules.
- We only accept dogs that have been spayed or neutered
- All shots + vaccines must be up to date
- Proof of flea treatment within the past two months must be provided
- Dogs are not permitted in the upstairs or kitchen common areas
- Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.
An off-leash dog park is just 10min walk from the B&B.
